Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on any products. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [contact@elfin.in] with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Processing Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will 

    contact you to confirm the eligibility of the exchange. If the exchange is approved, we will process the replacement item and ship it to you as soon as possible.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at itselfin2326@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or, if necessary, issuing a refund.
